We collect information you provide during registration including name, email address, phone number, and business information. We also collect Gmail OAuth tokens to enable ACE to monitor your inbox on your behalf. We collect usage data including load activity, broker interactions, and SMS alert history.
We use your information to provide the EDGE platform services, send SMS alerts for load opportunities, deliver the ACE Morning Brief, and improve platform performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By providing your phone number and using the XBASE1 platform, you consent to receive SMS messages from XBASE1 including load alerts, daily briefs, and platform notifications. XBASE1 uses Gmail OAuth to read and monitor your inbox for freight broker communications. We only access emails relevant to load offers and broker outreach. We do not read personal emails or share email content with third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to provide platform services.

XBASE1 provides the EDGE platform — an AI-powered freight carrier automation tool that monitors Gmail inboxes, classifies broker emails, sends SMS alerts for load opportunities, and delivers daily operational briefs via SMS.
The XBASE1 platform is available to licensed motor carriers and freight dispatchers operating in the United States. You must have an active FMCSA carrier authority or work directly with licensed carriers.
By enrolling in XBASE1 SMS alerts, you agree to receive automated SMS messages related to load offers, broker activity, and platform updates. Message frequency varies based on load activity. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize XBASE1 to access, read, and monitor your inbox for freight broker communications. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.
XBASE1 services are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time. No long-term contracts required.
XBASE1 is not responsible for missed load opportunities, broker communications, or business losses. The platform is provided as-is to assist carrier operations.
